    the room was clean, spacious....the hotel is not so far from centre of town

    i missed hairdryer in the room...

    Clean and tidy as usual

    The doors slam rather than close disturbing sleep and a young couple were smoking outside an open fire door (i thought these were alarmed) leaving a smell of smoke in the corridor, also noisy kids but you can get that anywhere, so not your fault

    The hotel was very clean and a comfortable place to stay. The staff were very nice.

    On our first night in your hotel the remote control for the television was n't working. But I'm glad to say that this problem was rectified the next day.

    "The TV stated that it offered BBC1 AND ITV1. It it had NO signal. For the money I suppose it was adequate. Have stayed in much better Travel lodges, it must be due for a revamp, bathroom had had new tiles, although mildew was evident." (97356871)

    inexpensive compared to other hotels in Waterford, although too far from the Town to walk in

    In this day and age I feel that a 5ft bed should be supplied, the bed was too small for double use, there is plenty of space to fit in a 5ft. I spent most of the night nearly on the floor.

    "Despite the fact that we had booked the room for 2 nights, when we returned to the hotel for our second nite, housekeeping had seen fit to dispose of the drinks,sweets, biscuits, milk etc. that we had bought for the children and left in the room, while we were out for the day. We reported this to reception and were met with a blank expression." (97243677)

    It was as advertised and very good value for money.

    The noise from the room above was very intrusive.

    "I would like to have known the distance from the train station, since we had to take a cab to the hotel. But the hotel itself was nice, so I'd probably recommend it to other travelers." (3304602506)

    Property was clean, restaurant on premises.

    staff was unable to exchange a small amount of currency so that we could eat breakfast at a nearby fast food restaurant.

    friendly staff, easy to get to and clean

    little bit noisy from people outside (nothing that the hotel could do of course)and the ice cream vending machine was out of order which disappointed the children
