    "Très bon séjour, le wifi gratuit est très pratique, l'hotel est sympathique, juste peut-être indiquer que l'hotel est juste dans la rue en face de la Gare :-) Merci encore à l'accueil." (97009889)

    Les personnes très ouvertes et souriantes, détendues, même pour les autres clients : la bonne humeur se propage !

    "I would recommend this place to anyone visiting munich for a short break. Its a great location, right next to the central station and trams, and within walking distance to most of the attractions there. We were hardly in the room, so we werent really fussed about what the room looked like, but, it wasnt that clean and was quite noisy sometimes." (99977466)

    The staff were very helpful, spoke good english and were friendly. The hotel was in a great location and a great place to stay if its just for a weekend visit to the city

    It wasnt the cleanist place ive stayed in, but it was ok for the time we were there, as we were hardly in the room. The bad thing about its central location, is that it is noisy outside. We had a room at the front, which meant it was noisy late at night and early in the morning! The breakfast wasnt the best either, but it was sufficient.

    "The luggage room should be located at the ground floor or at the floor where there is lift. It is very inconvenient to carry the luggage to multiple stair cases. Besides that there is no air con in the room and it was not safe to open the window when I sleep, so the room was quite stuffy." (97090797)

    "la ubicación del hotel es buena. En temporada normal esta bien calidad/precio. En las fechas de BAUMA abusiva y desproporcionada la subida de precio con las prestaciones." (99739368)

    "Hotel was good value for money, if on a tight budget. The room was clean, clean linen on beds, although bed was not very comfortable. Staff pleasant, breakfast was basic continental, but fresh and plentiful. Location was great, central to old town and very handy to train station. On the down side, the sound of traffic etc through the night kept us awake, plus having to get dressed every time you needed to go to the toilet, some rooms have shared facilities on the floor."     Our room was situated above a busy road, the noise of trams / traffic etc during the night made difficult to get a good nights sleep

    Small worn out room located in a very noisy neighborhood. The bathroom was old, stained and tiny. We could not even take a shower because there was no enough water pressure. We got only hot water slowly flowing from the faucet.

    Ease of location, staff very good, cleen tidy, basic, but comfy.

    Very close to tram tracks! Some noise.

    "the second room no 114 as a fairly good room,clean,bright,but the TV in the room was not good and there were no controls to change to differet stations. I found the staff friendly and helpful,the breakfast was good and plentiful etc" (97329271)

    Location great. Quiet rooms. Very friendly atmosphere and staff.

    1) Breakfast might have been a bit better - more choices might be offered, e.g. vegetables, dark healthy bread and low fat milk products instead of very greasy food. 2)Wireless Internet Access was a good idea, but it was available only in a very noisy bar where it was impossible to work. If not available in the rooms at least a quiet place should be offered.
