On a quiet street, conveniently located within easy reach of the city centre and Manchester’s train stations and airport, the hotel is less than a minute's walk from a variety of great restaurants.

Just off Manchester’s ‘Curry Mile’, the Victoria Park Hotel is just a short stroll from a wide selection of the city’s English, Italian, Arabic, Asian, and vegetarian restaurants.

The hotel’s convenient location means it has good access to all that this vibrant city has to offer. The university is within walking distance and the city centre is just 2 miles (3.2 km) away. Old Trafford football stadium, the world-famous home of Manchester United, is just a short bus ride away, with regular buses passing close to the hotel on match days. The City of Manchester Stadium, home ground of Manchester City FC, is 4 km away.

Single rooms are either en suite or have a private bathroom and all other rooms are en suite. Every room has tea/coffee making facilities and a telephone.

There is a bus stop just a minute’s walk from the hotel. The bus stop offers easy access to Manchester’s public transport network, for travelling all around the city.

Parking is available for guests’ use at an additional charge.

The hotel does not have televisions in each room. However, there is a TV in the lounge that guests are welcome to watch.

Trouser presses, irons and hairdryers are available on request.

On both sides of the hotel, there are lush green lawns with benches, so you can sit back and relax in the sunshine, when the weather is fine. There is a play area for children in the hotel’s garden.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 8 miles (13 km) from Manchester Airport.

By Car (from Manchester Airport):
- From the airport, take the M56 motorway.
- Leave the M56 at junction 3a and take the M60 ring road.
- Leave the M60 and follow the A34 towards the city centre.
- After crossing the A6010, take the next left into Denison Road.
- Victoria Park Hotel is at the bottom end, on the left, in Park Crescent.

By Car (from Manchester Airport):
- Take the A56, then the M6 and then the M56.
- Take the A6010 Wilmslow Road, turning right into Park Crescent.
- The hotel is on the right-hand side.
