• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 12.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 17.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

Please note that from 1st July 2007, no smoking will be permitted in the hotel, including the rooms. There will, however, be designated areas.

A charge applies for pets staying (per night) who must be house trained.

Gratuities are not in fact included as listed but are at guest's discretion.

Car Parking at the hotel is on a first come, first serve basis however there are NCP's located nearby if the hotel's car park is full.
