This splendid Georgian house is set in its own wooded grounds on the edge of The Ribble Valley and is within easy reach of the Lake District and the Trough of Bowland.

Sparth House has 16 individually styled rooms to suit all occasions and budgets. The house was built in 1740 and oozes Georgian splendour and Victorian charm.

Four stylish conference rooms cater for up to 150 delegates. Morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and full accommodation can be organised for delegates. The White House Restaurant within Sparth House has an extensive à la carte menu and is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Bar snacks are also available.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions

By Car:
- When leaving the M65 at junction 7, follow signs towards Whalley and Clitheroe, not Accrington.
- At the 1st set of lights from the motorway, turn right.
- At the 2nd set, turn left onto Whalley Road.
- The hotel is then located approximately 800 metres (half a mile) on the left-hand side, immediately after a 2nd set of lights.
