Meals are normally served in the restaurant or in the conference room. However, weather permitting they can be taken on the terrace overlooking the garden. The food and beverage can range from tea/coffee and famous Welsh cakes, through buffets to à la carte. The bar is open until late.

- Feel your pulse race as you breathe in the air and survey the spectacular scenery; enchanting vistas can be found all over the area from monuments such as Paxton Tower to the very roads that cross over the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
- Discover the gardens of Wales: The millennium saw the official opening of the National Botanical Garden of Wales on the outskirts of Llanarthney near Llandeilo. The Great Glass House, designed by Norman Foster, is the centrepiece of the gardens. Aberglasney, just 4 miles away, opened on the July 4th 1999 and features the restored gardens, walkway and yew tunnel of a bygone age. Gelli Aur Park features an Arboretum and deer park.
- Although in the heart of the Towy Valley, many beaches can be reached within an hour. The spectacular beaches of Gower, Rhossili, Three Cliffs, Oxwich, Langland, and Caswell Bay are always popular destinations. Pembrey Country Park combines a wonderful beach and dunes with riding, cycling, and even a dry ski slope. Llansteffan has a lovely beach as well as a spectacular castle, and then on to Saundersfoot and Tenby with the Pembrokeshire coast beyond.

Directions
By Car:
From the South:
- Take the M4 motorway.
- Exit at Junction 49 - Pontabraham services.
- At this roundabout, take the A48 Crosshands/Carmarthen exit.
* Please do not take the Llandeilo exit to avoid traffic through Ammanford.
- At the next roundabout, take the Llandeilo exit onto the A476.
- Follow this road for about 7 miles until the crossroads at Ffairfach; turn left into Llandeilo.
- Go straight through Llandeilo (over the bridge and up the hill) and stay on the A40 for Llandovery.
- You will pass an Esso petrol station on your left.
- At the roundabout, take the A40 for Llandovery.
- Proceed straight ahead.
- Approximately half a mile along the A40, the Plough Inn is on your right-hand side in the village of Rhosmaen, by the bus stop.
From the North:
- Take the A483 south to Llandovery.
- Join the A40 to Llandeilo.
- Rhosmaen is half a mile before Llandeilo on the A40 (10 miles from Llandovery).
- The Plough Inn is on your left-hand side as you enter Rhosmaen.
- If you miss it and get to the roundabout, turn around and after half a mile, the Plough Inn is on your right-hand side.
From Cardiff Airport:
- Follow signs for the M4 motorway west.
- When you are on the motorway, do not leave it until you get to Pont Abraham service station, which is junction 49, after exits for Swansea and Llanelli.
- Follow the above directions for 'From the South'.
From the Fishguard-Rosslare Ferry:
- Travelling from Fishguard, take the A40 to Haverfordwest.
- Stay on the A40 through to Carmarthen and towards Llandeilo.
- Do not turn off for Llandeilo.
- At the Llandeilo roundabout, continue on the A40 towards Llandovery.
- The Plough Inn is located about half a mile from the roundabout on your right, by the bus stop in the village of Rhosmaen.
An alternative route from the North or from the Midlands (Birmingham Airport):
- Take the M1 motorway southwards to M69.
- Join the M6 westbound.
- Join the M42 southbound to the M5.
- Leave the M5 at junction 8.
- Take the M50 to Ross-on-Wye.
- From here take the A40 via Monmouth, Raglan, Abergavenny, Brecon and Llandovery.
- From Llandovery, stay on the A40 for Llandeilo.
- The Plough Inn is located 11 miles from Llandovery, in the village of Rhosmaen, on the left-hand side of the road (please note that if you reach a roundabout, you have driven past it. Turn around and you will find it after half a mile on the right, by the bus stop).
