The Hyland's Burren restaurant specialises in local seafood fresh from Ballyvaughan’s tiny harbour and comes widely recommended. The finest chefs and the freshest of local produce combine to make just some of the delicious meals our head chef and his dedicated team prepare every day. A special feature of the hotel is the succulent Burren lamb, fresh seafood and the Hyland's Burren Hotel's famous home–baked scones, cakes and desserts.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
