The Dunraven Arms, established in 1792, is an oasis of tranquillity, surrounded by mellow thatched cottages, offering the ambience of a country house with fine service and friendly efficient staff.

The Dunraven Arms was recommended by Karen Brown as Hotel of the Year 2004 in Georgina Campbell's Guide. The Maigue Restaurant has received the highest accolades for its outstanding cuisine and the Inn Between Restaurant, located in a thatched cottage opposite the hotel, offers the finest traditional Irish dishes. These restaurants have been recognised with 3 AA Rosettes for Food, Gilbey’s Gold Medal Award, Egon Ronay Irish Meat Restaurant of the Year, RAC Hospitality, Service & Comfort Award, Mouton Cadet Award and Bord Failte Awards of Excellence.

The leisure centre is comprised of a 17 metre swimming pool, therapy clinic, massage rooms, steam room and state-of-the-art gymnasium.

Equestrian activities are a speciality in Adare with hunting, cross country riding and trekking available.

Golfers can enjoy 2 superb 18 hole golf courses and championship courses at Ballybunion, Lahinch, Killarney and Tralee, all within easy reach.

The Maigue Restaurant -
Celebrated Dunraven hospitality extends to the Maigue Restaurant, where its classic Irish cuisine with a contemporary twist has earned it many awards. These include 3 AA Red Rosettes. Private dinners can be accommodated in our Red Room or Adare Suite.

The Hunters Bar -
Solid oak panelling and leather banquette seating give an old club feel to this famous bar.
