Our dining area is very pleasant and we seat up to 20 guests, it's very modern with a touch of class too. You can enjoy your breakfast with a lovely view out looking the City, including our 42inch wide screen plasma TV.

• Deposit: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 1.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
• Parking: No parking available.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

We only take a minimum of four night stays during Christmas and New Year and these bookings must be made in only the Christmas and New Year rooms.
