Hotel Description

This charming and intimate hotel, located in a Georgian-style townhouse offers elegant accomodation in a quiet residential street, within walking distance of the major sites of London. With just 16 rooms, the hotel is small enough to enjoy a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. However, it is equipped with all the equipment you would expect from a much larger hotel. As Christine Samuelian wrote in the "Globe and Mail", "...with its comfortable sofas, magnificent lighting and sumptuous textiles, the hotel is very much designed like a home." The Times has also lavished praise on the hotel noting that "its owners have contrasted the original townhouse features with sleek modern decor to good effect." The hotel is located in a grade II listed house of which has retained most of its original features. The hotel Montagu Square has a conference room ideal for small meetings or training. With space for up to 8 people, the room benefits from natural light. Wireless broadband Internet, a flip chart and other equipment are available upon request. As a customer of the hotel, you can enjoy low rates at a gymnasium located within walking distance. Beverage and catering: A full breakfast is offered in the form of a buffet in the dining room of the hotel or in your room. It is served on weekdays from 7 am to 10 am and weekends 8am to 11am. It consists only of fresh produce, some organic and fair trade. Cost: GBP 12.95 per person per day. The hotel is also collaborating with Deliverance (a leading London company in the area of delivery and maid service) to provide you with a wide selection of international dishes. This service is available between noon and 23h. Open 24/24, the intimate bar of the hotel also offers a wide selection of drinks.

Room Details

The hotel's rooms effortlessly and effectively blend the features of an original townhouse with sleek modern furnishings. The muted cream, brown and beige colour scheme is particularly alluring. The hotel's accommodation encompasses modern freestanding baths, counter-top basins, large table lamps and dark, wooden cabinets, as well as flat screen TVs, giving it a distinctly designer feel. Bathrooms are stocked with Molton Brown toiletries and free bottled water. Some rooms have restored, original fireplaces.

The business traveller has not been forgotten either. All rooms are equipped with workstations offering free high-speed internet access.

DVD players, and a range of movies, can be borrowed for free from reception.
