Low House only serves organic or locally sourced produce, which can range from toast and freshly squeezed orange juice to a hearty full English breakfast to set you up for a day on the hills. Alternatively, if you would rather enjoy a lazy morning in bed, a Mediterranean breakfast can be served in your room on request.

• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: Children older than 8 years are welcome. All children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

By Car:
-Take the M6.
- Exit at junction 36.
- Follow the dual carriageway until you reach the roundabout just outside Kendal, at this roundabout, take the first turn right towards (B5284) Crook.
- Follow this road for approximately 8 miles.
- On passing Windermere Golf Club on your right-hand side, take the next turn left (signposted Heathwaite); they hotel is further down on the right-hand side.
