• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. One child under 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

We are happy to accommodate groups, but some policies changes do apply - Full payment will be made on arrival for all guests and there is also an additional group deposit in case of damages caused by the group.
