Restaurants and Bars
“Everything, from the first little amuse-bouché to the last petit four with coffee is a treat - and, as in all aspects of this exceptional place, service is flawless.”
Georgina Campbell’s Ireland Guide 2008.
The award-winning Moira's is the hotel's main restaurant. It has built up a unique reputation as the ultimate venue for fine dining in the region and is a beacon of excellence for service. Tables are thoughtfully arranged to ensure that those savouring their meals also enjoy the unique vista outside. The restaurant is furnished in earthy tones with silk curtains and velvet seating booths. There is also a faint scent of fresh flowers in the air. Crisp linen table cloths and carefully polished silver are placed on the tables and glimmer under candlelight. The menu is a gastronomic delight. Using the finest locally sourced ingredients, exquisite dishes are served with expertly sourced wines.
After enjoying your evening of fine dining, you can then retire to Nuada's Bar or the De Dannan Lounge for a relaxing drink in intimate and relaxing surroundings.
