The Baie des Voiles 3-star residence welcomes you to its prestigious waterfront location in the Haute Savoie région. 47 comfortable, charming flats, fitted with a kitchen and patio on the lake. Also, there are 6 apartments for persons with reduced mobility, satellite TV, WiFi. Private sandy beach, quiet, sun bathed.

Our apartments are in Duingt, a charming village on the west bank of the Annecy Lake, and are stylishly fitted and decorated with mountain or nautical themes. They can accommodate 1 to 8 people.

Please note that from July 1st, 2008 to August 27th, 2008: minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrivals only on Saturdays.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
