Westminster Hotel features 2 restaurants ran by one-Michelin star chef William Elliott.
Le Pavillon serves traditional yet creative cuisine in a classic and elegant setting bathed in natural light. It is closed at Tuesdays except in July and August.
Les Cimaises presents a magnificent buffet and a la carte menus. The gourmet food on offer is made with flavoursome, fresh regional produce. The restaurant welcomes you in ultra modern and refined settings.

The bar is decorated in sober colours and varnished woods, thus creating a peaceful and cosy English atmosphere. It offers a wide range of champagnes, cocktails and rare spirits.
