• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

The reception is open from 07:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 19:30 Monday to Thursday; and from 07:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00 at Fridays. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code.

Additional costs:
EUR 8 per week when 3 people share the same apartment.
EUR 13 per week when 4 people share the same apartment.
