• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

If you plan on arriving later that 8:00pm on week days, on a Saturday after noon or on a Sunday, please contact the residence beforehand in order to be given the access code.
