• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

If you arrive after midnight at the hotel, you will be obliged to use the Room Vending machine located in the Entrance Area of the hotel.

1) Select: “ I booked with my card” (PS: _Do not use the Reservation Number Function as the Website reservation number is not the same of the hotel reservation Number)_

2) Insert your bank card you booked with in website and then you will be identified.

3) Checked details of your booking and then process to payment using your credit card pin numer.

4) After payment you will receive a Bedroom Card and a bill with you Room Number.

5) The Bedroom card is Opening the Car-Park Gate, The Entrance Door of the Hotel, Your Bedroom and Connect the Light inside your bedroom.
