• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Driving directions:
* from the autobahn A 46 take the exit Erkrath (AS 27)
* turn to Erkrath city
* after approx. 200 m turn right towards Unterfeldhaus
* after approx. 300 m turn left towards Unterfeldhaus commercial district
* after approx. 500 m you will reach the hotel

Reaching by bus:
(get off at Erkrath-Neuenhausplatz)
* from Düsseldorf: bus 780 oder 737
* from Hilden: bus 781
* from Erkrath: bus 06

The hotel is located on the 1st floor at the plateau of the shopping centre Weber.
