• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.50 per 24 hours.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Parking facilities available free of charge in front of the hotel and in the underground car park.

Directions

From Nuremberg: Motorway direction Salzburg, exit Aschheim / Ismaning. The hotel is located after the third street light on your left hand side.

From Salzburg: Motorway direction Nuremberg, exit Kirchheim / Aschheim. Further direction Aschheim; at the first traffic light turn right.

From the International Airport “Franz Josef Strauss”: Take the regional train S8 from the terminal to the station Ismaning (third stop). From here, the hotel is easily accessible.
