City Apartment1 (2-4 pers.) - Dircksenstraße 44

This apartment is located in the very centre of Berlin, close to the boulevard "Unter den Linden" and the famous Hackesche Höfe. The apartment faces a courtyard, granting you a peaceful stay. This bright 1st floor apartment features a 6 m² balcony. The inner courtyard offers a sand pit for youngsters. The kitchen is equipped with cooker (incl. oven), coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The living room/bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a sofa bed for 2 persons, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a dining table with 4 chairs and a chest of drawers. Minimum length of stay: 4 nights.

City Apartment 2 (2-4 pers.)- Dircksenstraße 44

This 45 m² apartment accommodates 4 persons. It is located in Berlin's central Mitte district yet benefits from a peaceful, idyllic courtyard with a small shop selling chic furniture/accessories. The brand new kitchen is equipped with a cooker (incl. oven and extractor hood), a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a large fridge/freezer. Crockery, pots and pans and cleaning utensils are of course provided. The brand new bathroom is fitted with wash basin, WC and bath. The balcony offers a view of the small play park. Please refrain from smoking in the apartment - this is only permitted on the balcony.

Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information

***IMPORTANT: Please inform the hotel about your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.***

Please bring your own towels if possible; otherwise we charge EUR 4 per set. For final cleaning we charge EUR 28.

A deposit of EUR 100 is payable to the hotel on arrival.

Please note that 20% of the booking fee should be transferred to the hotel within 7 days of making the booking. The hotel will provide the appropriate details after the booking has been made.

Cancellation conditions only apply to nights on which the cancelled property cannot be re-let. If a customer can be found for the entire duration of your planned stay, you need only pay an administration fee of EUR 20.
