Hotel Description

The residence consists of small terraced-houses built in the tipical
aeolian style. They are located in a pacefull area: 100 m from the town centre and 300 m from the beach Portinente.The apartments are full furnished and of an extremely good taste with a small garden and a covered patio and can accomodate up to 6 people.

The Residence

is situated in a quiet position in the middle of the green, a few minutes walk away from the center of Lipari. It features a group of small villas built in the islands typical style. It has a cosy breakfast room and a Bar. The well furnished apartments, have a small garden and covered patio and can accommodate up to five persons.


The 18 apartments

are nicely furnished and are composed of terrace - some with an own garden -, patio, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, satellite-tv, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe.

- From Messina it takes 1.5 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Reggio Calabria it takes 2 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Palermo it takes 3 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Napoli it takes 4 hours by hydrofoil and fast ferry. The normal ferry takes 9 hours.
