• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

- Take the A11 motorway to Pisa and exit at Lucca Est.
- Turn left down Viale Europa.
- Follow the signs to the station.
- Then follow the signs for our hotel.
