Hotel Description

This brand new hotel is located in Roma, close to all major attractions, and offers comfortable accommodation with a warm, guesthouse atmosphere.

The hotel has an independent entrance in an attractive private square. The guest-house was designed by the architect Adriana Conti (Hotel del Senato at Pantheon-Hotel Borromini in Via Nazionale). The structure has a modern taste and a welcoming atmosphere. The wooden floors and lights have been designed to inspire a tranquil feeling.

• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information

The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception, so please indicate your expected arrival time when booking.

In order to check in please remember to call the hotel approximately 30 minutes before arrival; it is very important that you call, as the reception is located in a different building to the rooms. If you do not call, check-in will not be possible.

Check-in is possible from 12:00 to 24:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

On request, it is possible to add an additional bed only in Triple and Quadruple rooms.

Directions

By Shuttle:
The hotel offers a special transfer service from the airport with a luxury car at special price for up to 4 people. If you want to book this service, please send an email with the number of your flight and your exact arrival time.

By Car:
From the north of Rome:
- Take the A1 motorway towards Rome until you reach the GRA.
- Follow signs to the GRA in the direction of Salaria.
- After approximately 1 km exit towards Salaria (Parioli Centre, exit 5).
- Continue on Via Salaria for approximately 6 km, and then turn to right towards Tiburtina Station.
- Follow the circonvallazione for approximately 4.2 km and exit at Tiburtina Station.
- Continue straight on Via Teodorico (200 metres) and then continue on Via Arduino (200 metres) until you reach Via Lombardic Alloy.
- Turn left to Via Campaldino (last crossroads before the large public square, Piazza di Provicie).

From the south of Rome:
- From the GRA, follow the signs for Rome-L'Aquila.
- Exit at East Tangential and continue for approximately 7 km until you reach the Est Tangential.
- At the end of the road, in front of the Verano, turn to right towards Tiburtina.
- Turn towards Tiburtina Station. Continue straight along Via di Lombardic Alloy.
- Turn left to Via Campaldino (last crossroads before the large public square, Piazza di Provicie).

By Train:
From Termini Station:
Once in Termini Station you can take metro B (blue line) to the Bologna Square stop. From there, head towards Vaile delle Provicie for approximately 400 metres, pass Piazza di Provicie and turn left onto Via Campaldino. Alternatively, just in front of the station, you can take the 310 bus for 7 stops (10 minutes approximately) and alight at Piazza delle Provicie. From the Square, head down Viale delle Provicie for 30-40 metres and turn left onto Via Campaldino at the crossroads.

From Tiburtina Station:
Once you reach Tiburtina Station, it is possible to reach the hotel on foot by going down Via Guido Mazzoni, onto Via Arduino, and then down Via della Lega Lombarda and turning left at the crossroads before the public square (approximately 400 metres in total). Alternatively, take for 4 stops on bus 490 to Piazza delle Provicie.
