Located in a calm and green, central neighborhood in Rome, the hotel is ideally positioned just a few metres away from the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct.

In addition to this, the hotel is within walking distance of the historic and cultural sights of the Eternal City, including: Porta Maggiore; the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme; the Basilica of San Giovanni; and the University of Rome (La Sapienza).

The Termini central station and the Met.Ro tram, which runs along the Claudio Aqueduct, are both within easy reach of the hotel, allowing easy access around the city and to the surrounding areas.

In addition to selected rooms with terraces, the hotel has several common terraces with beautiful panoramic views: from the Terrazzo San Giovanni there is a beautiful view of the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct and the Basilica of San Giovanni; from the Terrazzo Acquedotto there is a clear view of the Ancient Roman Claudio Aqueduct; and from the Terrazzo Solarium you can admire the Aqueduct that starts from Colli Albani, and from which the ancient Alessandrino and Marcio aqueducts originated.

Directions

By Air:
From Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport, take a train to Termini Station.

By Train:
From Termini Station
- Head to the Stazione Laziali – Met.Ro. and take the local train to Ferrovia-Roma-Pantano.
- Get off after 5 stops at Villini, which is located at about 30 metres from the hotel.

By Bus:
From Termini Station:
- Take the bus number 105.
- Get off at the first stop after Ponte Casilino.
- Stop at Sant’Elena or Alessi; both these stops are about 100 metres from the hotel.

A shuttle service, reserved to a minimum of two persons, is available, by reservation, for the arrivals at the Termini Station from 09:00 - 24:00.
Groups of a minimum of 4 people (maximum 8) can be also reached at Ciampino Airport.

By Car:
From Porta Maggiore:
- Take Via Casilina.
- After 500 metres, at the traffic lights, turn left to Ponte Casilino.
- Turn back into Via Casilina on the right.
- After 300 metres, you will see the first tree-traffic-divider; turn left and the hotel is there.
