• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions

By Public Transport:
There are excellent bus and metro connections with Madrid from the Barajas stop). Both stop near the hotel.

By Transfer Service:
There is a free shuttle service linking the hotel with the airport, IFEMA fair centre, Palacio de Congresos and Olivar de la Hinojosa golf course. This service operates between 06:00 and midnight (until 21:00 on the 24 and 31 December). Please contact the hotel directly to book the shuttle for when you arrive at the airport; the number is on your confirmation email.
