Located right in the centre of Madrid where Plaza de Santo Domingo meets the Gran Via (the main shopping boulevard in Madrid). Some 25m from ‘Puerta del Sol’ which is a great starting point for discovering the major places of interest the city has to offer.
The Royal Theatre, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral are a 5 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk form 3 of Madrid’s most important museums: El Prado, the Thyssen Bornemisza and the Reina Sofia.
The hotel’s building dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and has been undergoing a careful renovation since 2005

Directions

- Access from Barajas Airport by car (A-2):
Take M-40 in the direction of A-3 and A-4 roads(Andalucía & Valencia). Take the exit to 'Vicalvaro-O’Donnel', when you reach the roundabout continue on, in the direction 'O’Donnel' until the road 'Calle Alcala'. Continue down this road until you reach 'Gran Vía', once you reach the number 53 turn left into 'San Bernardo' street where youe will find the hotel.

- By Underground from the airport: (approx 45mins and costs 1€uro)
You should take line 8 (pink) in the direction of 'Nuevos Ministerios', at the 'Colombia' stop change for line 9 (purple) in the direction of 'Arganda del Rey' getting off at the 'Principe de Vergara' stop. From here take line 2 (red) until you reach Santa Domingo (direction Cuatro Caminios).
