Area Information

Situated in the old side of the city, just in front of the La Ribera Market, a minutes walk to the river, between Bilbao La Vieja and Miribilla the new quarter.

The area is bustling with many cultural and artistic activities. There are also many restaurants and clubs nearby.

There is an open-air market every 1st weekend of the month, and lots of concerts and different theatre plays every week.

Directions

By Bus:
From the airport, a bus runs every 30 minutes to the city centre. Get off at Plaza Moyua and change onto bus number 56 towards Atxuri. Get off at Calle Cortes. From the bus station, take the tram towards Atxuri and get off at the Mercado de la Ribera. Cross the river by the footbridge and walk up Calle Conde Mirasol. When you reach Calle Cortes, turn left.
