"Generally it was fine. I was disappointed that after arriving at noon (yes, I appreciate that the earliest check-in time is 2.00pm), no effort was made to have the room ready before 2.00pm. Nobody told us anything, until we asked, at 2.05pm - when we were told that it would be at least another 1/2 hour before we could have our room. However, my wife & I are looking to come down to London in late July/early August this year, and would certainly consider staying with you. I will request details seperately." (97790862)

Bar prices and service. TV lounge very comfortable, meals good. Location perfect for our needs. Parking facilities.

Availability of room. Attitude and service standards of reception staff.

Beds were comfortable and family room was well laid out.

The hotel generally and our room in particular were very hot. The heating was off in the room but the communal areas on the second floor were stifling. We had to ask for a fan for the room.

Some appliances such as the hairdryer didn't work. Also, when we returned before 11 the bar had been practically closed with only a small selection of drinks and an univiting barman." (107117680)

The bar area was pleasent to be in apart from certain bar staff who did not seem to know what they were doing most of the time!

On arrival the lady at check in was not very pleasent, could hardly manage a smile never mind a hello! We had a triple room which smelt like an ashtray and we generally found the room to be rather sabby, just like the rest of the hotel!

The location was excellent-only two stops by tube to Wembley Stadium- and the tube station in Harrow was only a short walk away. Full English Breakfast was included in our price and was really good with a super choice and could not be faulted. The hotel also had a very good evening and Sunday lunch menu and food could be ordered through room service, although we did not use the facility. The rooms were basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. Overall the hotel was very good value for money." (97775691)

Ideally located to the tube for getting about in London. Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds and lovely clean bedding/towels. Bar staff were very helpful, your bar and food prices were exceptionally good for a city! We also felt comfortable leaving the car parked in your free car park, without it coming to any harm.

Nothing to complain about, other than the decor looked a little tired in the rooms.

Buffet style brakfast and bar meals Ok, expect sport to be on the large and small screens in the bar / seating area. Room furnishings and TV could do with updating, creakiest floor boards ever, and needs better lighting if you want to work in your room." (97816175)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The first hotel I've been to in a long time which really does have a 24hr bar.

Paid £125 for a double room for the night. The stated room rate at the counter was £89! Asked why this was the case and was told that rooms were priced based on the events that were going on (Foo Fighters at Wembley Stadium). However another couple got a room on the same night for £89.

The location is excellent for parents of students living on Harrow Campus. The hotel is also within walking distance of Northwick Park tube station.

Largely surly and seemingly disinterested Eastern European and Spanish staff. The advertized internet connection was non-functional for the fulle three days we stayed there. Chronically under-staffed kitchen resulted in much to be desired breakfast experiences with many essential components of the buffet gone or missing. The rooms are also rather noisy.
