Clean and tidy,cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.
Check-in process poor due to the fact that the owner owns other premises,so we had to let ourselves in to hotel and room.Also there was a problem with the keys/locks which no-one had warned us about..this led to my girlfriend being stranded outside the guest house at 1am on a Saturday night and unable to gain access as no staff on hand and the key was very difficult to get to work..there was a special knack to using it.

"Overall a very nice hotel,the room wasn't huge but was adequate.Could of done with a bath as there was only as shower and toilet and a tiny basin but the room was clean and plenty of takeaway menus etc laid in the drawer for our use.We had pizza,kebabs ..the lot!There's a pub ,The Adam And Eve only 1 minute walk away and plenty of Cafes,Shops ,Bookies etc on the Uxbride Road(1 minute away also).You can get buses to hayes Town right outside the hotel which was handy. Was good because we were left to our own devices/Everything clean,maid lady very helpful too.Great stay!Very good value!!
There was no-one there when we checked in,didnt see the owner once!..though his wife was ill at the time.We got hold of him easily enough to get our key etc so not too big a deal.

"The room was too small to call a double there was not enough room to move around the bed, the bathroom smelt a bit.There was not enough milk for 2 people to have more than one drink each. As we were in transit and the hotel offered a breakfast we selected it; it is the right one to choose if you can put up with the cramped conditions and it is near the purple parking and Heathrow airport." Location easy access to Transport to central London
They had a heating related problem that kept me awake on the first night which the hotelier tried to resolve straight away (2.30am) & found a temp fix.

"Location was very good for access to London, in City Centre within 20 mins. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was very clean. The only downside was the double room was a little cramped for us two but this was a minor quibble. I'd definitely use again and recommend to others." (99410942)

Very large room with good facilities. Also very clean. Standard was higher than we expected for its rating.
Although we had a colour TV in the room, there was no radio.

early check in time, nice room, nice breakfast
No-one was there to let us in, but to be fair we didn't ring 20 minutes before we got there as it told us to do on the booking confirmation. Doors noisy when being shut, though this might have been more to do with the other guests.

"au niveau des indications pour arriver à l'hôtel ce n'est pas assez clair, il y a le même nom de rue pas loin et c'est assez dur à trouver sans plan et avec aussi peu d'indications. trés loin de londres, plus de 2 heures en bus !!!" (3304641342)
