    "This hotel has easy access into the City of London by way of the hoppa bus to the airport and then the underground. It was fairly inexpensive and they serve a great English Breakfast. The restraurant had great food and the staff was friendly and helpful." (97540516)

    Breakfast was great. Location was good.

    Bed was lumpy and pillows were small, but otherwise it wasn't bad.

    Nice and very clean, bathroom was good condition. My wife really enjoy the stay for the excellent value for money. I hope we will visit again in June and see the same service. Good news no motor way or flights take off noices at all. This is great we have learned from this Hotel. Thank you again. Regards shiva

    Cost was in our range; everyone was very helpful; good lunch and breakfast; and the room was comfortable

    Shower head not too good for water coming out in a spray fashion; couldn't get iron to work but it might be that we didn't know how to use it in the right manner.

    "It was a very good hotel as a place to stay near the airport that was a reasonable price. The staff were efficient and courteous, and the accomodation comfortable." (97697851)

    It was easily accessible from Heathrow. I arrived late a night and the hotel was busy. The check-in was quick and efficient and I was able to get something to eat and drink at 11:00 pm.

    Sadly they had a plumbing problem and so there was no hot water in the morning. This was beyond their control, and they reduced the cost of the room as a consequence.

    We liked the fact that when we arrived we were upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost. We also liked the fact that there were tea and coffee making facilities which were generous compared to other more expensive hotels.

    The air conditioning/heating unit was not working correctly, but the hotel had left a portable fan heater in the room to compensate.

    "My stay at the Comfort Hotel Heathrow was comfortable and without incident. The rooms throughout were well heated, clean and nice. The room service staff were exceptionally courteous. The breakfast was ample and well served." (97398792)

    Check in was quick and easy. Room clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and great towel heaters.

    Entrance to room quite narrow making it difficult to manage luggage through the doorway. Pillows hard and flat. English appeared to be the second language for the majority of the staff making communications somewhat difficult. Internet access in the lobby was expensive and without printing availability.

    The room itself was relatively clean. The staff was friendly.

    The hotel interior is vary shabby. The hotel is located in a decrepit area and very far from everywhere - no restaurants or cafes in the vicinity, very inconvenient transportation to the city. Even walking around does not look too safe. It can only serve one purpose: overnight sleep.

    "I should have been told about the preauthoization amount to be put on my credit card, they put at least 20 extra pounds ($40.00) on it over and above my room charge. There was alot or more work involved in reversing this than if I had just paid for itin the am... Tanice" (97991777)

    Good price, room clean and adequate. Shuttle bus was on time and very organized.

    Bed was hard and the pillows were very poor. Pillows need to be of better quality. I also did not like to have to have a preauthorized large amount put on my credit card upon arrival that I had to make sure that it was deleted the next am and the correct room charge put in. If I had run into time problems this could have been a problem. There were long linelineups at reception in the am as so many people were leaving for the airport. It was lucky that I had allowed lots of extra time. Also, I never got my wake up call so it was very lucky that I did get up in time...

    "Overall the hotel was fine and we had a very good and reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. There is a nice bar with a large lounge to sit in and where they serve bar meals until late. We had to pay for parking overnight - £5 - which we didn't know about, though as we had to book in a hurry and at the last minute, it's possible we missed that detail. A fire alarm went off at 7.30am. It only went for a few seconds and was presumably a mistake, but nothing was announced or said about it." (97799791)

    It was comfortable, clean and quiet (with the window shut as we were next to the M4)

    Getting to the room was not easy. The lift was broken and the signposting to the floor was very bad and we had to ask the way twice and go back and forth.

Collecting the car on our return was not easy as Purple parking did not answer the phone when we rang to tell them we had arrived at Heathrow. We waited 30mins to get through to them which after an all night flight was not good!" (97273775)

    It was conveniently close to Heathrow airport.

    Room small. Shower primitive. Box spring bracket projecting caused stubbed toe. Car Park charges, should be free to guests.

    Handy for airport -reasonable price

    Lack of staff on reception meaning check-in/check-out look ages. Room was in need of good clean there was no tea or milk -clearly cleaning room staff had not done their job very well and several bits of equipment needed repairing.

    The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were pleasant and personable.

    l was plaesed to see the art work in your hotel . The breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive over breakfast

    The bed was not at all comfortable the springs kept making a noise and we woke with backache .We had to wait for over half and hour for the bus ,and we felt that we should have been informed of why it was late and given coffee while we waited ,this was poor service

    Staff were generaly helpful apart from below

    I rang reception and also went to reception in the evening as there was no heat in the room. Judging by the pipes, it was turned off. The outside temp was just above zero and we had been out in the cold all day in Windsor. As we were watching Come Dancing and Celebrity it was no use going to the warm Lounge. I kept my coat on! The room was noisy (M4)due to a poor closing window.

    "The staff are ok but this hotel does not give you value for your money , i know this as i have stayed at other hotels in the area for the same rate. Bathroom is mouldy, ie taps turning green. very poor standard. I had room service , it was horrible, this is something as simple as chips and egg. The tray was dirty the metal bowl used to cover the food was dented. DO NOT LODGE HERE except is only for a few hours. NEVER AGAIN!!!" (97303504)
