    "Our stay at Estuary Lodge really could not be faulted. The staff were excellent, friendly and very informative regarding the locality and places to visit that may not have been obvious just looking through leaflets. I really cannot praise highly enough and look forward to visiting again soon. We would recommend without hesitation. Our thanks for a lovely stay." (97042222)

    The room was lovely, a good size and very clean - fresh smelling. Breakfast (included in price) was large and kept us going all day! Evening meal was delicious too, also large and very well cooked.

    facilities,room,food and staff made the whole stay above average. our room had microwave,fridge, hairdryer t.v. we were able to request plates,cutlery etc from the owners, for our own use.

    Rooms were decorated to a high standard with additional features like fridge and microwave. The breakfast choice was good and well presented.

    The village in which the motel is located is nondescript. However with Snowdonia on the doorstep this is not a major drawback

    Nice friendly welcome, excellent food and good facilities in the bedrooms (e.g. DVD player, microwave, nice comfortable bed)

    En-suite bathroom was a little dated, and could do with modernising.

    "The Estuary Motel was located on the side of the road and was not near any local eating places so you had to drive quite away to eat out. You could dine in the motel's restaurant which was lovely and cooked by the owner. There are no local shops near by, nearest place Portmadog or Harlich which of course you have to drive to."     Friendly welcome. Room was lovely and very clean. A good size for a family of three. Liked the idea of a fridge in the room. The whole stay was very plesant and relaxing. Would use this hotel again.

The advice to give ourselves 1/2 hour to get across the toll bridge was good - perhaps that kind of info in advance might help others planning a stay.Taxi service was great and on time which was useful as it was raining when we had to be picked up from Port Meirion square.We were very lucky to find such a great place to stay as a last minute booking!"     No hot water in the afternoon when we arrived but we checked in early so that may have been the reason.

    Rooms are on the ground floor right by the car park. Perfectly decent standard of accomodation.

    Poor TV Choice. Start breakfast late end end dinner early (but then it's geared towards older generation customers rather than business.

    "The hotel was easy to find using the directions on the web-site, and from booking confirmation emails. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all possible amenities catered for....including a microwave !! The owners gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble, and were always ready to help should the need arise, wether it was to ask for directions, or an extra pillow. Food was excellent, piping hot, and well presented, with a good selection of items on the menu, catering for all tastes. A vegetarian menu was produced instantly when requested, and the choices made from this imaginative and beautifully presented , most enjoyable ! Our stay could not have been better." (3305006921)

    The accomodation was excellent,owners friendly and welcoming at all times , meals of a very high standard, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble, or an inconvenience. Would definately return if in that part of Wales again.
