We had to cancel unfortunately, but as you agreed not to charge us we will definitely be back and then we can fill the questionnaire properly! Your system did not allow for this so in order to be part of this feedback I ticked excellent.

"Overall good, would stay again. We visited Lyme Park and the Trafford Centre during our stay - well situated for both." (108061500)
Well presented spacious apartment, helpful staff, available at short notice and easy to find.
Not the nicest of areas at night, we did venture out but came back again quite quickly! Beds not as comfy as we'd have liked. Needs a dvd or video player, or freeview - only terrestrial channels!

"Very resonable place and it certainly suited our purposes (ie a bed to sleep in and no more) good breakfast too. We were both pleased with it, especially for only £45 a double. Wouldn't stay there if you wanted somewhere with an atmosphere, or for a special occassion. It is a good, functional room for the night" (107115059)
Cheap, clean, and comfortable. Good breakfast. Decent sized room. Good location, easy to find on a main arterial road.
Slighlty disorganised staff (reception seemed initially surprised when we arrived!) Not enough seating for all guests during breakfast due to dining room being shut for decorating, so some guests had to wait a while to be seated. No shower gel or shampoo in room (which seems odd, as I deliberatly hadn't brought any, as I have always found it provided in other B and Bs or hotels).

"Apart from the bed all good, great value." (108029097)
Clean, cheap, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Argubly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever nearly slept in, hence poor equipment rating.

"Good" (97903307)
Breakfast was good. The room was ok and facilities adequate. WiFi available in room and also in public area. Plenty of hot water at al times.
Heating was on at all times and there was not facility to turn this off in the room or bathroom. Needed a bit more attention to cleaning. Generally, the room was clean but the gaps between the raditor and walls were very dirty.

"The hotel is ideally situated as it is close to manchester city centre but far enough away so that it is quiet and away from the noise any bustle of the city centre. It is clean and pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very enjoyable and value for money. The carpark was secure as there were cameras overlooking your car.The bar is pleasant and welcoming, this is a good family hotel and suitable for young and middle aged and older people too." (97922615)
Although it was in the middle of being refurbished the staff made us welcome and were apologetic about any inconvenience caused during our stay which was a pleasant one.The room was clean and comfortable.

"The hotel was very basic and undergoing refurbishment. It was on a main road in an area with no reasonable places to eat but wasn't far from the city centre. The breakfast was very standard with little choice. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff were very pleasant." (97927613)
Staff were friendly, it was clean and close to where I needed to be.
Extremely basic, no extra touches!

"It would have been nice to have a little information about local facilities and area. Ie somewhere to eat outside the hotel, wine bars etc. The meal times within the hotel could have been a little better advertised. I feel a small folder within the room would cover these issues, or given with your room key. Overall fabulous hotel and staff very friendly." (97492419)
It was clean and up to date, Yet located in a beautiful old building.

The freedom to choose when and what you ate and having a full lounge rather than just a TV in a bedroom.
The fact that we were not there longer.

"This is an exceptionally friendly hotel and the staff were helpful and hospitable. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom spotlessly clean and well presented. The car park was ample. I thought it represented excellent value for money." (97713420)
Spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. Room a very decent size. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, fast service at breakfast.
The room was a bit 'under-dressed' - like it was in the process of modernisation. The bathroom had virtually brand new fittings, but the rest of the room was not up to the same standard, though the basics were there and absolutely fine. The pillows were a bit hard.

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well situated for easy access to Manchester via the main road or by the local tram service. Our room was pleasant with clean linen and a nice fresh smell. The staff were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was well cooked and nicely presented. Our only problem was that a group of men were staying in the rooms above us and they kept us awake with their noise, for which the manager apologised the next morning." (97258220)
We were impressed with the cleanliness and fresh smell of the room as soon as we walked in.The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful.
Creaking floorboards and noise from cistern? in room above us.

"The apartments are separate from the main hotel which is not clear when booking. Directions to hotel state leave at junction 18 but in fact you have to leave at junction 19 which meant we got lost when travelling to hotel" (97137771)
The amount of space and the breakfast.
No carpets in the living areas and bedrooms The duvets did not have covers on them which should be changed for each set of guests so the bedding did not seem very clean. There was no top set just a duvet with no cover on it.
