Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Convenient for stations. Breakfast food good, except toast.

Toilet seat broken. Shaver light didn't work.Shower had intermittent results ie. either too hot or cold. Poor light at night, unable to read properly. Breakfast room too cramped and had to wait for table.Orange juice too much diluted, ie. thin and weak.

"The hotel is in a good location and is well located for transport links. However it is not good value for money as there is not enough comfort provided for guests. " (108057948)

Staff worked hard to provide breakfast. Excellent location.

Room was very small, was reasonably clean but not very fresh, no toiletries provided, room very basic.

the hotel is very well situated, good access to the tube etc.

breakfast staff was quite unfriendly, the atmosphere was not relaxed, the room was very small and dark, when showering, surrounding got wet, overall: bad conditions (ventilation of the room was also bad)

Room was clean, en-suite with shower. Staff were friendly. Cheap at £50 for a single room. Good location near to King's Cross & St Pancras stations.

Quite noisy. I was on the ground floor near the entrance, so could hear people coming in and out in the night. Also quite a bit of noise from the building behind the hotel. The shower head was a bit broken but still worked. Breakfast was limited - cheap cornflakes, toast and cooked breakfast. Food was cooked, then left out for a while before being replaced by fresh items.

Very convenient near to King's Cross Station. Staff very efficient and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast - self service. tea/coffee making facilities in room. Generally quiet. Separate shower.

No shelf or hooks in shower room. Wash hand basin very small and no shelf. No bedside light only main light. One night the residwnts upstairs were very noisy.

"The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the station. It was vastly overpriced for what we got." (97826873)

Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras for tube etc.

Polish staff didn't speak much or tell us anything. On checking in we were handed a room key and pointed in the general direction of our room. The room was extremely small, we had to climb over the bed to get to the wardrobe. It had the smallest double bed I have ever seen. One of the windows was broken and the glass hadn't been replaced as there was a secondary glazing unit, but this didn't close either. The ensuite was a good enough size. At breakfast again the staff were Polish and rarely spoke. It was a buffet which was very poor. The bacon was cheap bits of bacon, there was also cheap sausages, scrambled or fried eggs. We had to ask for tea and coffee. There was cheap orange squash which was truly awful. There were not enough tables for the guests.

Rather tatty (some pictures might draw attention away from the torn wallpaper)Toilet in cupboard rather cramped! (glad I'm not taller as would have been difficult to close door!)No lock on toilet door. Change of desk staff meant we did not get the wake up call booked.

Easily accessible from the Kings Cross Station

The rooms were very small, the toilet and shower were on top of each other, no space at all, the corradors in the hotel were like a maze, I should not like to be in the hotel in the event of a fire.

"The second room given was of a better standard, but all the rooms had the same flaw, due to space savings the toilet door faced the bed, so any smells leaked into the rooms. Perhaps a better indication of the type of rooms available would have been better." (97299173)

    The friendly and accomodationg staff

The first room given was very small, and badly designed. The door did not open fully because the bathroom wall was at an angle... The room smelt of a toilet and it was difficult to sleep in

For that reason my stay was ok, but if I were staying in London for a longer time I wouldn't go back to this hotel. It is cheap which is good, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff friendly. One last piece of advice, take some ear plugs as you other visitors may be noisy!" (97762713)

It's location in the centre of London. Friendliness of the staff in the kitchen at breakfast.

The bedroom and bathroom were tidy and clean.

Incredibly confined bedroom and shower room. The shower only dribbled water. Laminate floor across which the beds skidded around.... all the furniture was fitted with castors! No bedside lamps and no lampshade on the ceiling light. The Hotel was like a rabbit warren of tiny rooms and corridors with worn out carpets, rotting window frames etc etc.
