"First thing is I was amazed that the breakfast wasn't included, particularly when it was in the 3 star along the road at a considerabey cheaper price. The staff were attentive and polite and spoke very good english. They all went the extra mile to help. The spa bath was not necessary and never used and the shower was basic but adequate. The hotel was very well positioned, very near to the beach, bars and restaurants but it was very expensive and I guess this was the reason it was one of only two which still had rooms available in Augist. While we were there the room rates were published as going up 30% with immediate effect ! Perahps this was for business clients whent he summer break came to a close." (2582840)
The air conditionong was a god send, beds seem to have been changed daily althjough not necessary, staff very polite and helpfull, excellent standard of English
No working plug in the hand basin, breakfast should be included, better quality toilet tissue would be appreciated.

L'accueil était très bon que ce soit à l'arrivée ou bien au restaurant, de très bonne qualité d'ailleurs.
Un service voiturier aurait été un plus. Un meilleur entretien aurait été souhaitable (joints de salle de bains.. ainsi que les peignoirs usés).

"J'ai payé 115 euros en novembre. J'ignore ce que m'aurait couté la chambre en haute saison mais cà me semble cher pour la grandeur. Pour répondre à la prochaine question, je dirai que oui, je recommande cet hotel si on aime les petites chambres avec vue sur l'hotel d'en face." (99653409)
Confort de la chambre malgré la dimension (trop petite) et malgré la vue bouchée par l'hotel d'en face
Prix du petit déjeuner (18 euros) inacceptable.

"bien que n'ayant pas vue sur la mer, l'hôtel est agréable et calme. à souligner la compétence, le professionnalisme et l'amabilité du personnel. la baignoire à jets est fort appréciable pour une détente supplémentaire. chambres confortables : mobilier contemporain,harmonie des couleurs, bien équipées. bar et restaurant : large amplitude d'ouverture et prestation soignée (service, canapés, terrasse, qualité de la nourriture...). excellent séjour." "Avis moyen, dû au prix, je m'attendais à mieux toujours par rapport au prix. L'accès au parking reste délicat (petite rue ne sens interdit, sauf riverains). Hôtel bien placé car près de tout, plage commerces, restaurants ..." (2610670)

Hotel room was very clean and nice large bed. Excellent location in Biarritz.
Spa bath did not work and TV lost its English speaking channels. Room was very noisy indeed due to refurbishment work but have stayed in this hotel before and not been a problem in the past.
