    - clean - cheap - size of the room and the bathroom - supermarkets, a cinema with english speaking movies, drugstores and restaurants in the neightbourhood

    - problem with a bed but fixed the next day - sound isolation between rooms - small elevator

    "The location near the metro station Porte Bagnolet (line 3) is very convenient. The hotel is easy to find (by car) and it was possible to park our car in a street nearby. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. Disadvantages are the quality of the beds (old and shaky) and the noise from traffic in the Rue Belgrand in the room was rather loud, even with the windows closed. Nevertheless we had a pleasant stay and for a low budget hotel the accomodation is quite reasonable." (3304967260)

    The size of the room and bathroom were quite reasonable for the price.

    The room was located at front side of the hotel at the Rue Belgrand, I found the noise from the ever ongoing traffic rather disturbing (even with the double-glass window closed) and needed ear-plugs to sleep.

    "The staff is very friendly and speak English, which is helpful if one does not speak French. The 5 Euro breakfast was worth the money (7-9:30am) and I thought the value of the hotel room was quite good, considering some of the others I had looked at. I stayed on the fifth floor, and would not say that the rooms were soundproof, but in a city such as Paris, that's near impossible. I was disappointed at the lack of hot water and water pressure in the shower, and this would be my largest complaint--make sure you have the staff give you another room if you cannot get hot water or water pressure within 5 minutes of running the shower."     The service was very friendly, and made it a point to speak in English, since I speak no French.

    I stayed on the fifth floor, and I got little to no hot water and water pressure. Showering is definitely not enjoyable.

    "Hotel is well located (close to the subway), nice and clean. It a good place for the people who don;t need to spend their time sitting in a room and want to be there just to sleep. Small disadvantage - noise outside (street). Prices in early on-line booking are very good." (2727161)

    it was very noisy in the room - street, cars, people... Rooms are quite small and beds are not very comfortable...

    Close to the metro station

    Needs sound proofing and air conditioning. Our room faces the road and the traffic noise is constant even at 4am in the morning. Needs to clean under the bed. It was dirty and there was even a bottle under the bed.

    where it was situated and the windows in the toilet were nice

    the bathroom wasnt as clean as could be the lighting wasnt exactly great and the beds were quite low down but were ok for someone young like me but i dont now about others who may have experienced problems with these beds
