    "Good location from which to explore the town and visit the Citadel. Friendly staff. Rooms clean, but need upgrading of carpets and better sound insulation." (97393344)

    very friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice location in the town. Parking available at low extra cost.

    The walls were thin and needed sound insulation. The carpets and bathroom needed upgrading. Internet access was extremely slow.

    Good Value for money

    Our room could do with updating and was noisy you could hear people moving around upstairs,we would use this hotel again but ask for a room at the top of the hotel.

    "The hotel was very welcoming and friendly and was ideally situated for Besancon's centre which was within walking distance. Although we had an attic room with only a skyline view this made the room quiet and tranquil." (99031724)

    Excellent hotel in a quiet location - we where able to sleep with the windows open. Staff where very, very helpfull.

    "I was very pleased with my stay. The staff is very pleasant and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff speaks excellent English. This is not always the case in France and is quite important - I've been at hotels where I couldn't even communicate with the desk to get help calling a cab or get basic information. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the only negative was that it is not as close to the train station as it says on the webbsite, it's a couple km away. I planned on walking but unless you travel with no luggage you will definitely need to plan on taking a taxi!" (2216980)

    Es war sehr nahe dem Zentrum und es war für französische Verhältnisse Alles sehr unkompliziert,.

    Die Anfahrt in Besancon ist wegen der Einbahnstrassen etwas komplex.

    La beauté de la ville et un hôtel qui garde une marque authentique.

    Il est dommage qu'il y ait à côté de l'hôtel deux bâtiments horribles à détruire à la première occasion. Mais cela ne gêne pas lorsqu'on y est puisque la petite cour protège l'hôte contre les mauvais effets de ces deux bâtiments.
