    Spaciousness and overall design of the room

    I would have liked to have had a WiFi internet connection in the room. Breakfast was only served from 7.00 am and I had to leave before this in order to catch the ferry at 8.00 am. Perhaps an earlier start for breakfast could be considered, perhaps 6.30 in the summer?

    "The room was excellent and good value. The food was a little disappointing - I prefer fresh vegetables rather than frozen or pre-prepared. The service at the bar was hit and miss - my wife stood alone at the bar and was (deliberately?) ignored by the eccentric barman - gave us a laugh though!" (99745893)

    "We booked the hotel due to its proximity to Rosslare harbour.The room was large with a single and double bed.The bar area was modern with plenty of room to relax.The food in the main restuarant was good and well priced. The only downside of the hotel the very small bathroom and limited TV channels/poor reception." (99175579)

    "I found the staff friendly, my room was lovely, very comfortable and spotless. The only negative was although I was staying on the second floor there was very loud entertainment which started about 9pm and went on until late. I wish I would have known this before so I could have booked somewhere else. I was staying at the hotel due to business and was exhausted due to long working hours. This would not stop me from booking this hotel for leisure but I wouldn't use it for business again." (99501189)

    Arrived bit late from ferry, in the hotel booklet was stated that one could eat till 1030 pm but when asking at 10pm could only get a bag of chips. The lady at the reception solved the matter by referring us to the local Chinese!

    "I would have liked to know if my breakfast was included in the deal i booked. I thought it was and was told on arrival it was not. The noise from the bar entertainment was very loud to rooms directly above it." (3304311387)

    The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and warm all day.

    We stayed in the 233 room and we found that when the entertainment was on in the bar area we could hear it very loudly. We were kept awake until it stopped at 12.20am. This could be improved by maybe sound proofing the rooms above the bar.

    Ok for an overnight stop. Staff friendly but resturant service extremely poor for a hotel. Due mainly what seemed to be a lack of experience staff.
