    "The hotel was adequate for our requirements as a one night stop over, as long as you did not look at the walls!!!!!!!!!!!...Would not reside here again under any circumstances." (97700012)

    The location was satisfactory for our travelling purposes as a one night stop over.The bar and restaurant appeared clean and tidy and the staff were reasonably pleasant.

    The shower did not work properly.The rooms had not been cleand properly as it was evident a previous guest had been their nose and wiping their bogeys on the wall next to the bed.Unpleasant to say the least. The bedrooms had obviously been previously occcupied by smokers threfore lingering and unpleasant odour.The beds were extremely uncomfortable and one of the bunk beds gave way as it had been poorly constructed.

    "Hotel resterant food for evenining meal not up to normal high French standards. The choice of menu limited and even that was not all available (even the salad was off the menu). However your breakfast spread was one of the best i've had and your staff we're all polite and helpfull. we would use your Hotel again." (97917433)

    heating not customer friendly as in temp control. Perhaps you could have duvets insted of sheet and blankets. Softer beds as well.

    "Unaware that the hotel was in an industrial zone - did not realise that in France ZI means industrial zone. However, the hotel itself and services were quite adequate, restaurant was good value, parking good, staff efficient and helpful. We were visiting Limoges and although we did not know the area, were pleased that the hotel was outside the town, since Limoges is big and busy!" (97815361)

    "finding the hotel from the directions given were not very easy since we were coming from the airport not from the motorway so if these had been given it would have helped however once at the hotel the staff were helpful and cheerful and our 3 night stay was very pleasant the rooms we had were clean and comfortable the food in the hotel was very good the menu choices above standard the wine was also good and reasonably priced buffet breakfast at 7euro was well worth it with an excellent selection the staff were friendly and helpful throughout" (97592631)

    "My wife is disabled and though we had a room for disabled people, a higher bed would have been of great benefit. This type of accommodation is ideal for short stays and offers a good general level of comfort at a competitive price. The quality of food and service in the restaurant is better than average.     Something had been spilled in our room and it appeared that an attempt had been made to clean it but there was a rather unpleasant sweet smell. Fortunately the weather allowed us to leave the window open through the night.

    "The location, outskirts of Limoges and so near to the A20, was perfect for us. The directions given by the hotel were easily understood. A very quiet and friendly hotel. The staff were wonderful, professional and friendly at the same time. Everything was made easy for us, even though we spoke little French. We consider this to be one of our favourite hotels en route to the South. We will definitely come back. Thank you." (99483524)

    "I was a little worried because of what I read from a previous reviewer. However, we found the staff helpful, and the room quite large for 2 adults and a child. Without doubt the breakfast was the highlight. There was a large choice of food and the utensils and table were spotlessly clean. It was more like a 3 course meal than the snack we are used to at other hotels. Never was the cost of a breakfast so willingly paid." (3305088666)

    Clean, friendly staff (fluent in English).

    No dislikes about the accomodation but very dissapointed that the bar had no beer which forced us to go out for the evening and having driven over 400 miles, I could have done without.

    "The hotel is equivalent to a travel inn type accomodation but at the price we paid was good value. You need a car if you stay here. The restaurant is closed at weekends. Mickel at reception is a star! There is a bar that is open at all resonable hours. The rooms are excellent, clean and warm with linen changed daily. The breakfast that is extra to the room price is excellent value. There were 150 on the Ryanair flight that we were on but only 2 other people used this hotel, why?" (3304305745)

    Nothing exactly springs to mind apart from close proximety to motorway to save time travelling next day.

    We arrived and ther was only 1 member of staff on duty. She advised the restaurant was closed as the staff had failed to come in!. this was not what we wanted to hear after 700miles of driving with my husband myself and my 3 year old and my parents!. We had to find alternative restaurant so had to drive!.

    Very clean and well ordered accommodation.

    Air conditioning would help due to the fact that the Hotel is close by the A20 and with open windows the traffic noise at night is quite disturbing.

J'aurais cependant aimé être avertie qu'il existait des chambres avec baignoire/douche (j'ai eu une chambre avec douche pour 3 avec un enfant de 4 ans alors qu'un couple qui m'accompagnait a eu une chambre aussi grande que la notre mais avec une baignoire) et que ni les lits ni le ménage ne serait fait pour un séjour de 2 nuits."     Le confort de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

    Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Les lits n'ont pas été faits ni la salle de bain nettoyée après la 1ère nuit. Nous n'avons pas eu assez de papier toilette pour tenir les 2 nuits. De plus, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

    le petit déjeuner n'est servi que jusqu'à 9h30 et l'on se sent pressé par la mise en place des tables retaurant.
