    "very enjoyable this is one of my preffered hotels in teh Basingstoke area, great in comparision to other motorway hotels" (107411697)

    staf where really friendly, loved teh breakfast and also wifi essential in my job, had a really strong signal, also thought the exec room was deff worth the extra money,

    Arriving at 12 midnight with no hassle booking in - just needed a bed for the night without too many formalities. Same when leaving in the morning for an early interview. Simple just parking on the motorway after a 5 hour journey, tired after a day's work. Easy to find.

    not enough tea bags; internet overpriced; better range of TV channels; bathroom had not been cleaned properly; room was at the noisy side of the building; a little over priced

    Clean, roomy, staff efficient, everything worked, nice to have a fridge in the room

    Overpriced internet, including misleading information from the staff and lack of vouchers. Breakfast extra. As a business traveller it would have better value with a breakfast voucher included and complimentary internet. Bit stingy on supply of tea and milk.

    Very spacious room, nice and clean

    Sofa bed very hard and quite uncomfortable. We thought we'd already paid online and were told when we arrived that we had to give our payment again.

    Room was clean and comfortable staff were helpful parking was convenient

    only 2 things that marred our stay 1)noise of traffic 2) the deodoriser was not particularly pleasant.

    some noise due to location on motorway (it is summer so windows open),need to drive to town for quiet/traditional restaurants

    Something affordable close to Bracknell!! It was comfortable, clean and tidy. Surprisingly little road noise.

    Well, it is a motoway service station - so food choice tends to revolve around service station meals, KFC, Burger King etc. There's no bar so if you want to relax with a drink in the evening, take you own or walk to the pub

    "The hotel was very good value: a nice place to stay and staffed by very pleasant and cheerful people. The room (Executive Grade) was spacious and very comfortable and perfectly good enough for a longer stay. We were most impressed and will certainly use a Days Inn again should the need arise."     A pleasant surprise; much better than we expected from a 'Service Station' establishment. We particularly appreciated being able to open the windows.

    "I would have liked to have known that the Days Inn at Fleet was on the opposite side of the M3 to that which we were travelling past - we were coming from Somerset towards London, but the hotel was on the other side, southbound! We didn't check in because the traffic was stacked back for miles on that side of the M3, being a bank holiday Saturday, so we visited family and then checked in around 11.30 pm - but we telephoned ahead and were told this was fine, and the duty manager was very helpful when we arrived. The only other thing was that my sister-in-law rang Days Inn Fleet direct a week before and was advised rooms were £140 per night - well outside our range - yet when I booked via a website (not Days In's own website) I got two rooms for £99 - a big difference and I'm surprised she was not advised of this when she phoned direct, that we might save money by booking online."     Basic but clean, pleasant check in staff, convenient location, very good value for two rooms (less than £100).

    My children were originally put in a room with no hot water, but swiftly changed - before they even discovered it - the manager came and changed them to the other adjoining room!

    The room were well laid out with good desk space which enabled me to work on my lap top, at the same time there were tea/coffee facilities on a separate desk top which did not interfere with my work. The bed was very comfortable and overall I am happy to say that I was made very welcome and had a comfotable stay.

    "Good size clean room, efficient check-in but whole stay was spoilt by disgusting smell of smoke in room that was on my clothes the next day. After long day at work and 5 hour drive arriving just before midnight I did not have the energy to carry all my stuff back to reception to complain. The smell was really bad. I understood when checking in that I was being given a non-smoking room as requested." (97502265)

    The price a special deal

    Accommodation was basic and clean the heating was not turned on in the room and took several hours to warm up. I had to request new soap as the dispenser's were both empty. This was seen to immediately by the receptionist.

    "I think the breakfast could be improved. e.g have a whole wheat cereal (bran flakes or muesli?) not just cornflakes (which have no goodness in them) - and have couple of malted or wholewheat rolls instead of a croissant so that there more nourishment. Otherwise good value for money and the executive suite was comfortable and spacious with room to work. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff too." (97460706)

    "Overall I have always found Days Inn accommodation very good and have stayed at a number of sites. All are of a high standard and would personally recommend them." (97163380)

    Clean environment with a good standard of fitments. TV with Sky Sports and BT Broadband and a free paper are additional pluses.

    Door fitments were partially missing and the missing parts had been left inside the room on a shelf. This did not impact on security but felt someone should have mentioned that the door was being repaired.

    "There was only two pillow in the room (got some more when asked for at Reception with minimum of fuss. The room was decent, comfortable and clean, but it felt dated especially the Bath room, the water when running a bath was luke warm, I like hot water for a bath. Decent amount of TV channels, including Sky Sports and Sky One. But all in all very decent nights accomodation" (97216978)

    "Really enjoyed the stay, very comfortable beds, if staying for a few days, get yorself a taxi to nearby Fleet for good grub and a few bevies, staff are on site 24 hours. As a business user found the accomodation good value for the money, really easy to get to as well. No nasty suprises will the bill on departure, my colleague obveiously behaved himself with the adult telly!" (97153788)
