"We were there to celebrate my boyfriends 21st birthday, overall the hotel and the rooms were excellent it was just not having a bath and the wrong breakfast that spoilt it a bit." (97053613)

I book the hotel for events quite often as part of my job and it's really nice inside, I usually book the hilton for personal use but thought I'd try this for a change. It was very modern, I liked the fact that on a Sunday you could get breakfast until 1pm. I also liked that it had a heated floor and mirror, the room was very clean.

We got a room without a bath which was really dissapointing, I asked at reception if we could change but they had no other rooms available. To be fair we only booked the day before and had a late check in. Also I requested a vegetarian breakfast to the room but got a meat one instead.

Location, very convenient for Shopping Etc

Check in was a bit on the slow side and the shower door did not close properly meaning a very wet bathroon floor after showering

The room - spacious with excellent bathroom and facilities

The breakfast - the cooked breakfast was disgusting. Not worth paying extra for. Room only was reasonable value to to the central location.

I would with no hesitation recommend the Radisson to my friends and family." (97090423)

"We had a lovely stay at the Radisson which combined excellent facilities with friendly atmosphere. Generally we found the hotel a bit too warm for our taste although the front lounge was rather chilly on the afternoon of the 1st. Food in the restaurant was great and all the staff were extremely helpful. As I generally don't like lifts I probably would have liked to have known that it was necessary to use one to get to our room. However I found the glass lifts fine. We'd taken gym and swimming stuff with us but found the gym closed on both days." (97097774)

    Comfortable, clean and friendly

Corridors and restaurant rather too warm

"we were woken up at 7.30am on new year's day by a false fire alarm, the leisure facilities were closed for all of our stay and no notice was given or put up, our room smelt like smoke although we requested a non-smoking room." (97375362)

i liked the building, the bed was comfortable and the tv was good. i liked the layout of the room.

customer service, leisure facilities, room smell

"Spacious modern room with excellent facilites. The bathroom products were excellent, and it is always a treat to have large good quality towels. Wifi access in the room was a big bonus. Having beauty and fitness facilities on the doorstep was also very handy. The location of the hotel was great for shopping, being close enought to drop all the bags before going out to the many bars/restaurants close by too." (99907217)

    It was really fantastic

There appeared to be low lighting but could have done with having stronger light if needed

The room was clean and a nice size with a good view of Central Station.

The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel had no car parking. The nearest NCP Car Park was a short walk away. It also wasn't very well signposted once yoou got into the city.

"I think this was probably my best ever hotel experience: lovely accomodation and friendly, helpful, courteous staff. As someone with limited mobility, I appreciated the central location and proximity to public transport, which were factors leading us to book with you. The meals we tool in Collage (breakfasts plus one dinner) were all excellent with a great range of foods which catered for our gluten-free needs. The free breakfast cart was not available until the last morning so we thought breakfast in Collage was covered in the room price, which it was not. Advice re travel was not always correct - I was told all railway stations had taxi ranks, but taking the train to the Burrell Collection left me with a long walk as there was no taxi around, nor rank... Not a major problem, in the end, but it could have been. Being able to leave our luggage with the concierge before and after our occupation of our room was also extremely helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. I loved being at the Glasgow Radisson and would happily return for another stay in the future, and recommend it to friends." (3304991596)

Very clean, pleasant restful decor. Loved the underfloor heating in bathroom.

TV remote control didn't work! Information in room re: health club facilities and availability was sparse.
