"Our accomidations were very nice and Galina was very sweet to come in to open the room for us. I do suggest that if you do offer the rooms for visitors/short term stays that you have someone available there on weekends for check in/out. Galina was very sweet to come and meet us on Sunday as there is no staff there on weekends, but that took quite a bit of coordination." (2284603)
I loved that we had washer/dryer in room and that the location was withing walking distance of restaurants/train etc. It was a very beautiful room and Galina was so nice!! Also we had lots of brochures in the room to help us decide what we wanted to do.
The room was very nice but could have been a little cleaner. One night we came back after the maid had been and all the bedding was heaped into the middle of the bed and the fresh towels were in a bag on the middle of the bed too. We didnt think the maid had been at all until we saw all the bedding and towels piled up. Also an instruction book for the washer/dryer would have made it go a little smoother. Other than that, great room!!

"Very Good overall accommodations and location. However, I was supposed to stay in the Dreamhouse Matrix which is smaller and may not have been as good as the Dreamhouse City Centre. The friends who shared the location were very impressed with the furnishings, applicances and creature comforts of the location. DVD/VCR players, flat screen TV, free up five pounds phone calls and the free high speed internet. This was the right size for the four of us." (2023323)
Ability to cook for yourself in the kitchen, wash clothes and nearby transportion
Check-In system and feedback between Dreamhouse and myself. Please note that I live Arizona so the eight hour time difference affected my ability to contact Dreamhouse personnel in Glasgow.

"Having usually stayed in hotels in the UK it was a new venture for us . We were pleased to have an e-mail two days before our visit giving us a telephone contact on arriving at the airport. Our contact was waiting outside the building when we arrived and saw us settled into the apartment. The representative gave us information about local amenities such as supermarkets restaurants and the local bus station which were all within easy walking distance. The personal service was much appreciated The apartment gave us everthing we required to a very high standard . We felt safe and secure, and would certainly use again. We shall surf the Internet for similar apartments when looking for accomodation in the future" (1805888)
We enjoyed the freedom from the usual hotel routine . In fact why stay in a hotel when accomodation such as Dreamhouse is available? The facilities were superb, the two bathrooms much apreciated and the kitchen could not be faulted
Difficult to answer . We were very impressed.

"Good place to stay, especially if you are in the area for more than a couple of nights. Well furnished, warm, comfortable and convenient for Glasgow City Centre and the motorway. Particularly liked the security of the building which I wasn't aware of when booking. Again as a solo female traveller this is really important." (1812231)
As a female business traveller, it was good to have an apartment with kitchen so that I didn't have to go out to eat in restaurants. Also the premises were very secure. The apartment was well fitted with internet access, phone, DVD, stereo etc, so very comfortable stay.
Blinds in bedroom don't darken the room enough. Hairdryer left too high up in bathroom - had to stand on loo to get it!

"We had a wonderful time, we had to spend quite some time in the appartment because of our babygirl, who still needs an afternoonnap. We didn't mind at all, we found the appartment very cosy and comfortable. We all felt at home very quick after arrival. The central location of it was an added bonus, as was the friendly staff who did not mind arranging a taxi for us and answer any question we might have. We know we would love to use the very same appartment again next time." (1695751)
everything we needed for the baby was immediately available, everything was still so new, all in perfect working order. and so nearby the city center.
At night it was difficult to darken the rooms. there is still so much light from the street coming in. Additional curtains in the bedroom, would solve the trick.

"Can be much improved." (97582368)
Spacious WiFi TV/Surround sound
There is no housekeeping service on the weekend. There was a spill in the hallway with a stinking foul smell that took two days to resolve (Matrix, 4th floor). Beds/mattresses/pillows are uncomfortable. My suite was not the same one that i was made to believe I signed up for when I made the reservation (e.g kitchen wiht black and white formica vs. wood cabinetry and granite in the model portrayed on the website. In addition, the walls needed painting and the master bedroom bathroom wall needed repair). To check in, one has to call for concierge to come in (sometimes it is not easy if one is traveling from overseas and arrives on a Saturday evening). No gym facilities that I was aware of.
