"+ Price, helpfulness of staff (although one did make us feel as if we had to rush when we asked for info). - Shower noise. Honestly, we've never come across such an ear-splitting shower! The only solution was to use the water from the tap to take the shower. Other than that, showers/ toilets were clean indeed as we read by other customers reviews. - Bit far from the station, which is already at the end of central zone. Recommendation would depend on the budget of the traveller." (3304584530)

"Einchecken war um 12.00 Ankunftszeit noch nicht möglich, erst ab 14.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr. Einchecken sollte egal ab welcher Uhrzeit (ohne Zimmerbezug) möglich sein. Defektes Waschbecken im Bad." (2943396)

"Wir hatten angegeben Ankuft vor 22 Uhr, durch Schnee und Eis hat sich die Ankunftszeit verzögert. Um 21:30 Uhr unterrichteten wir telefonisch das Hotel und bekamen eine sehr unfreundlich Reaktion. Bei Ankunft wurde an der Rezeption vorausgesetzt, dass man schon einmal Gast in dem Hotel war. Dementsprechend wurde man behandelt." (3304306969)

Very difficult to get hot water in either the shower or hand basin. It came out as just a trickle. Kept meaning to tell reception about this defect but never got round to it.

"there's internet hookup in the room, so laptops are good, but the USB port doesn't fit PSP's so bring a converter. If you don't speak German, the only English channel is CNN and the picture is fuzzy, there's no VCR/DVD player in the room, so if you like to watch movies, bring a laptop. If you're travelling alone, book a double room instead of a single b/c the cost is almost the same and the bed is twice as big and the room nicer." (3304622378)
big windows that opened, quiet location but very close to U and S bahn stations, comfortable bed, very clean (excellent housekeeping service)
bring own toiletries. no soap or shampoo/conditioner (except by pump) or hairdryer.

"overall the room was well presented in a clean state.the bathroom was very small & anyone of a lager disposition would struggle to get in and out let alone use the facilities." (3304578049)
