    Felt secure - single female. Staff very polite and try to be helpful - sometimes language difficulty. Not affected by aeroplane noise, but room ventilation noisy & air con noisy.

    Restaurant staff did not have a good understanding of what drinks were available from the bar. Fruit salad very disappointing - only apple & orange and 3 grapes.

    "I think the on-line description should include views of the rooms, so we order what we want. The staff was friendly and helpful; having a customer relations person on hand was definitely a help, answering questions, etc. when the reception staff was busy with other customers. It should be noted that the shuttle is 4 pounds per person, not trivial, when compared with those who offer free shuttle." (97827623)

    Clean, simple and inexpensive. Convenient to Heathrow airport. A minor complaint about desiring two beds instead of one was resolved to our complete satisfaction... the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Everything costs extra... the shuttle to the airport, Internet access, breakfast, parking to name a few. No exercise facilities or pool/hottub.

    "Selected an inside room - very quiet. Slept soundly - ideal for rest before long flight. Excellent having a coffee shop in the foyer. Very comfortable and good value for money.     The large rooms and the open space of the entrance / reception area.

    Not able to store baggage beyond 24 hours. Especially in the case of being in transit this would have been very helpful

    clean just what we needed and near Twickenham rugby which we came for. The staff were helpful with transport etc and bar open when we returned early sunday morning! We will come agaon.

    Parking fee of £8.00 a night/ day why cant it be free for hotel residents?

    The rooms were very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. the 24h costa coffee was a life saver!

    "We have no complaints about the hotel. There was a problem with booking in as there was some problem allocating a room so it must have taken about 15/20 minutes. The gentleman booking us is was apologetic and very friendly and did all that he could. We were finally given our room and from then on everything was good. Both my sister in law and myself would use this hotel again." (97132714)

    The hotel is in a good location with a hopper bus to the airport. The accommodation was good and you can get a good meal and drink in the bar.

    Relatively modern decor. Comfortable bed. Good chamber service - clean room. Modern bathroom facilities. Quiet despite being near Heathrow. Good restaurant, polilte, helpful staff.

    Noisy air conditioning unit (I moved from my original offered room becauses of the same problem). Toilet did not flush properly. Barrier release ticket did not work on two consecutive occasions.

    Not happy that room did not have ashtray or toilet brush. Very unhappy at the cost of the WI FI Internet. One pound for an hour is too much. As most hotels offer this service for free it seems like a money making gimmick.

    The location was perfect for our needs. The woman at the front desk was bright and helpful. The room was quiet, well appointed and clean.

    The telephone did not work correctly and the front desk help in the evening would not help me out. The screaming children in the lobby playground kept me from wanting to have a drink in the bar. My husband had tried to leave me an important message prior to my arrival and the hotel refused to take or leave a message for me.

    "We asked for extra pillows they were there withing 5 minutes. I think you website was great we got what we wanted straight away, but it gave us the idea that this was an ordinary Innbut it isn't and we were pleasantly suprised. The wine list with the meal was realistic, I class a bottle of wine on a list as being roughly the same price as the main course. It was. I can't add more really set our short break up." (97017280)

    Everything, the staff were pleasant and friendly and I told them so there and then. The food and the special Halloween menu were brilliant, we enjoyed all the courses and it was well cooked and presented. We were really relaxed for our flight to new York next day. We intend to use the hotel again in the near future
