"Overall pleased with the hotel and would recommend it." (97203648)

Very cheerful and helpful receptionist when we arrived. Spacious, nicely decorated clean rooms. Good swimming pool. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

Not always someone available in the morning to help access towel etc for swimming pool. Also confusion when we left as to the amount to be charged.

"In general the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful." (3002812)

Convenience to venue where we were attending meeting

As my husband is a smoker we requested a smoking room however the room itself smealt as if it had never been cleaned. We travel on a weekly basis and have never experienced this before as the smell of smoke in the room upon entry was offensive even to my husband who is a smoker.

"The overall impression was its just another hotel. Duvet covers although clean looked bland and uninteresting. In room internet facilities would be a big draw for business travellers. Internet access via coin operation in the foyer does not cut the mustard. Value for money I would say but more advice on taxi access would have been useful." (2737893)

Very clean and tidy, nothing too exciting about the room but adequate facilities. Keep fit facilities were very good.

All towels kept in bathroom instead of second set under TV would have prevented having to ask about the second set. Fitness advisor could be present at fitness centre.

"The staff were extreamly efficient, helpful and friendly. The reception staff were great with a good local knowledge. Although I enjoyed the breakfast it was not the best I have had in a hotel. My only regret was that I did not have a chance to use the leisure facilities as these looked very inviting (pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc). I would like to return to this hotel again if visiting Dublin." (2662713)

It was a good size room with wonderful views across to the mountains. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The room was well thought out and contained everything you would need for your stay.

Brand new in excellent order. Excellent staff. Business standard.
