I requested an early check at 9:30 and got the room at 10:30

The walls were not soundproof, I heard the neighbors talking

"We were very happy with our choice of hotel and would highly recommend it. The rate is excellent for the standard of hotel in that area, it was only a few minutes from the airport and there is a bus stop just across the road which got us into Dublic city centre in about 10/15 mins. For an extra euro per night we were given the option of leaving our car at the hotel rather than parking it at the airport and there is a very efficient coach run to and from the airport for hotel guests. The restaurant had not yet opened but the bistro food was above average." (3305123027)

    Clean, bright and modern

    Slow check out

"overall a comfy room , good staff - helpful. Bar staff came across very stressed on the second day, it was clear there was an event being held at the hotel, but when you are enjoying a cup of tea you don't need 3 members of staff approaching you and asking you if your leaving. As a paying guest I was made to feel as if I was in the way." (97127208)

    size of room, clean

veiw from window, over looking a car park and landing strip of the airport, very noisy and not good conditions for trying to work or sleep, the decoration of the room could have been better it looked like it needed a touch up, big black marks on the wall/scratchs on the walls etc.

"Welcomed by TV in my room ! The staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The food was very affordable and delicious without carrying a collosal price tag. I shall choose this hotel again if I ever return to Ireland." (99301928)

Compared with my usual class of accommodation, this was magnificent

    Clean, contemporary decoration, friendly staff

The Hotel had only just opened and there were some problems - rooms not available on arrival / no hot water at certain times but staff provided free champagne and a friendly approach despite obvious pressures
