"I would never eat breakfast there again. It wasn't very nice and was ridiculously priced! I could have had a T-bone steak for that price!! The room and bar were nice but again, expensive." (99496671)
Location. Room was clean and tidy.
Very expensive. Staff weren't very friendly & even chose to argue with us about spirit measures when they were in the wrong. Breakfast was very over priced

Very Clean and friendly hotel
Breakfast not included. We paid for our breakfast which at £13.95 each i think is very expensive (also cold)

Good value for money. Rooms very clean, tidy and pleasant. Reception staff very helpful.
Bed was very soft No options for bed for 2 year old child - choice was a travel cot which was too small or he slept in bed with us

Staff very friendly, meals excellant.
Mattress was to soft, hotel should be able to provide harder mattresses if the customer requires one.Meals should have been served hot at all times so no complaints would have been made.

"This was a good hotel, close to Twickenham stadium, clean comfy and at a good price." (3304504299)
Modern decor, spotlessly clean, good shower, good air conditioning, comfy bed, close to bus & train routes, reasonably priced.
Service at bar could have been more efficent, but it was busy and only 2 girls where on the bar. No the less the stressed out bar staff where very helpfull & friendly.

"Peculiar location, seems to be on the edge of an industrial estate. Were'nt too happy about leaving our BMW outside, when the carpark was full, though the staff said they would keep an eye on it.Nice, clean, modern hotel, with an airy, spacious feel.Very pleasant, outdoor decking area for drinks etc, overlooking the canal.Didn't take breakfast, but the evening meal we had was really nice and was good value for the price, whereas often you pay over the odds in hotels for disappointing food. The staff were, without exception, extremely courteous and helpful." (3304774429)
Modern + comfortable. Friendly atmosphere.
The car park was full on one of the 2 nights, so we had to leave our car outside .Didn't look too salubrious an area.Mini Bar was empty - you had to phone an order through.

"Overall I had a really nice stay in this hotel, but as already stated the cost of parking should be reviewed" (3304534045)
The view from our allocated room was great, bar and food area's very nice, room very clean and comfortable
the fact that you have to pay on top of your room, breakfast a whopping £10 pounds per night parking which I think is totally unfair as there no off street parking anywhere near the hotel, they should review this policy and a near by hotel only charges £5.00 per night and there is a adjacent carpark only costing £2.00

It was clean and friendly and I thought was value for money.

11am is very early for a checkout time, especially on a weekend. I did not see any literature to state this and only discovered it when reception rang at 11.30 am to ask when we would be leaving. It needs to be more clear. I was under the impression it would be 12 noon.

"I took it for granted that in the UK the language abilities of the staff would be adequate enough for me to stay comfortably in your hotel without any problems. If I had known before hand that the English ability of a number of your staff members was very poor, I would have booked elsewhere." (3304097165)
Spacious Room
English speaking staff should be employed (Not only staff that can speak English but understand the context of the Language) I missed a very important business meeting that cost me personally 4,800 dollars, due to the language ability of a member of your staff.

"We chose this hotel because it was at Brentford lock and we had hoped to have the time to wander down there. We should have asked at reception for directions because we regret not taking advantage of this unique opportunity. Perhaps the hotel could exploit their location more, or at least advertise it in their rooms by providing a map/information. We understand that there is a marina close by which may also have been an interesting place to explore, as such places often have tourist attractions. We were not told when we booked that there was a charge for parking. We appreciate that it is often necessary but either one should be told, or it should be inclusive in the price. We had to use a taxi from the hotel to our venue which was less than 3 miles away and we were charged £15 each way which we thought was excessive: perhaps the hotel should consider this when recommending taxi firms." (3304042272)
Interesting view, comfortable room temperature, quiet and peaceful (at that time)
Another pillow was needed which may have been available but wasn't immediately apparent. We missed not having a hotel directory to read - the sort of book that informs you of meal times etc; the information was on-screen, I think, but it's not the same...

"If the above points are attended too, we would certainly stay again when visiting for Events at Twickenham Stadium" (97158389)
Overall, the Hotel is nice, the Reception, Bar and Dining Room Staff gave excellent service.
1. When booking on-line, the price should have included breakfast 2. The Room Service was very slow, no-one answered the phone for ages, Reception said they would get Room Service to phone us and after 10 mins still no one had. 3. When we finally did get through and placed our order, we were told the order would take 20 - 25 mins and it took 40 mins.

"Overall the accomodation was excellent. It was value for money, very clean and smart appearance. Everything was explained clearly by staff and also on leaflets and stickers around the room/hotel. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and will also return again in the future." (2777642)
How clean the rooms were and the friendliness of the staff.
The prices of breakfast and food available.

"I think I would think twice about booking this hotel as it is a bus ride away from a tube station which was not convenient. Plus we were charged two different fares each way. Also it would be good if the fact that it is £10.00 per night for car parking was publicised, as this makes the hotel price less competitive ." (2956593)
It was good to have control over the room heating system
The toilet continued to flush for a long long time after the person had left the bathroom

"This is possibly the best holiday Inn I've stopped at to date.It answered all the questions asked of a short stay venue. The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and efficient, the cost through Active hotels was good for the area,an excellent breakfast, the restaurant looked impressive although I did not eat an evening meal, all in all a very pleasant experience." (2924418)
Everything about the accommodation is what I would expect from a quality hotel.they had everything right on the day.
I honestly cannot think of one thing that they have not done correctly

"overall a very plesant hotel, very clean and friendly only real gripe is parking, if they cannot offer free parking they need to at least review the cost to a miminal amount. I would recommend this hotel, but would tell everyone that there is not a small cost for parking" (2784981)
The accommodation is fine everything you could need
Free Parking for residents on top of the hotel not only do you need to pay for breakfast but you need to pay for parking as well 7 pounds per night, which I regard as a take on as there is no safe free parking near the Hotel
