    "Very nice hotel. Very clean. All staff very friendly, courteous and helpful." (97110432)

    Very courteous, helpful and friendly staff, especially at reception. Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast very nicely presented - help yourself and nicely cooked.

    No biscuits to go with my cup of coffee!! Had to ask at reception for more coffee as there was only two sachets left. I prefer a bath to a shower so I did miss not having a bath. New staff poorly trained! Need more training especially on the tills.

    "I would definitely stay here again, as the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, very forthcoming with information and help, and very helpful in the early hours of the next morning, too, getting us up and out safely and quickly in time to meet our (too early) departure. they were cheery but not perky and demanding."     the cleanliness and the sense of everything being new, fresh the bed and pillows were very crisp and fresh the bathroom fixtures were the most beautiful and elegant I've yet encountered--the shower itself almost made me want to stay longer: so comfortable, large and modern in its stylings the free shuttle was easy to find and very quick

    the new year's closing of the in-hotel restaurant was a disappointment but then we discovered--thanks to your staff--the In Cafe next door and had a superb Asian meal

    "The hotel was modern and had ample parking. The bedroom was large in size with comfortable bedding. It had an excellent bathroom which was also roomy and had plenty of water pressure. An early wake up call was placed right on time. One major benefit was the bistro which saved having to travel some distance into Dublin or to the airport. Food prices were reasonable and the tariff certainly was for the class of the hotel. I liked the fact that from your website research could be done in advance to aid in selection" (99976688)

    It was a modern hotel with friendly staff and the location was perfect near the airport for an early flight out

    "I find it very surprising that an airport hotel who must have travellers come in at all hrs. of the day, do not have anything eatable after 21:45. I arrived 3 min. late to order any food at all, not even a snack from the bar or from a vending machine was possible - and having travelled for hrs, I had to settle for a beer for dinner. In the morning, being hungry after having missed dinner, I had to wait over 15 min. for eggs to appear on the buffet. This was my second stay at your hotel, and I have to say, I am not very impressed with the level of your service, and for my next trips to Dublin in 2007 I will find other accomodation." (99328681)

    Bright and modern feel.

    Room service finished very early, no vending machine available. 24 hr Room service is badly needed. Breakfast was of a poor standard.

    Size & cleanliness,well equipped

    No choice of breakfast menu,set charge of 11.25 euros to enter dining room.My wife only wanted some cereal & a coffee & 11.25 is extortionate for that.

    "The shuttle bus from the airport was excellent. Made arrival and departure stress free. The hotel itself, and our room was clean and comfortable. The double beds in the twin room were almost too comfortable!! Didn't want to get up! Breakfast had a wide choice of foods and beverages. Filled me up for the day ahead. I was disappointed that the snacks were not available into the night. We arrived back from our night out, hungry, no food available )-: Needed more info about how far hotel was from Dublin City.     The twin room with 2 double beds was very comfortable. Everything was clean, light and airy. Beds so comfortable that I didn't want to get up!!

    The room had everything I nneded, TV, Phone, Hair drier, hot drink making facilities.Very clean , nice size.

    The price, I stayed in April, and the price had gone up 50%!

    Beautiful modern hotel with free in-room wireless access. Extremely clean and comfortable.

    Very expensive breakfast. Staff rushed us through check in although we were the only ones checking in. We had to wait until the two working the check in desk were finished with their personal conversation and then felt they were in a hurry to get us away so they could continue. If not for the check in experience, we would give them an excellent in every category.

    "The hotel is new so you would expect it to be clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only grouch we had is that the revoloving door at the main entrance is not big enough for a child never mind an adult with a case. It also starts moving far too suddenly and revolves too fast which is dangerous, especially for older people and children. Other than that it was a refreshingly enjoyable stay.     "The hotel was in a great location, near to Dublin Airport and also close to shops etc. We were in transit and only stayed at the hotel for one night, however we found it to be warm, inviting and comfortable.     Modern, fresh looking. Good size rooms and excellent bathroom design. Ideal location for overnight stay in Dublin Airport area. Friendly, efficient staff

    No airport shuttle service after 9:30 pm.

    "Very generously sized bedrooms made the stay very relaxing, walk in shower was very nice. Bistro/bar was very nice and I would go back to this hotel to dine in the bistro.     Very large bedrooms with 2 double beds and very nice walk in shower, cleanliness of room was excellent

    Only part I found a little bit slow was when we waited a good while for our dinner in the bistro to be served to us otherwise the food there was lovely and reasonably priced!

    "Hotel was clean and friendly easy access to public transport. the one thing we did not like was the fact the hotel took it upon itself to convert to GB pounds when paying by credit card. Naturally the rate you get may be worse than that offered by your credit card" (3304253508)

    "It was a great hotel, all the staff very very helpful, and went out of their way to help you. The shuttle service between the hotel and airport is great, and is only a 15 min ride from the hotel to the airport. The wireless internet was a little flakey during my stay, however this was improved by the end of my stay. Apart from these points i felt the hotel was great, and if these points were addressed then it will be superb." (3304116229)

    It was very clean and modern.

    The choice of TV channels in the room are poor, the power shower was superb, but alas there is a problem with the plumbing and the water flows hot and cold while you shower. The bar area would benefit from a TV so guests can drink in the bar area with fellow guests, while watching TV (Sport especially). No net curtains in the rooms, which overlook the building site behind.

    "For a short business stay then this hotel is adequate, too far from Dublin, although Swords nearby is a nice town. Timing of the Shuttle bus is sporadic? Breakfast is ok, but the food in the evenings is of a very poor standard compared to other hotels in the area. Staff are very helpful and friendly and rooms have all the facilities you need."     Navette gratuite et toutes les demis heure, entre l'aéroport et l'hotel, le bar bistrot, manger à prix raisonnable.Le réveil assurer par le personnel ainsi que des breakfasts à 10€ le matin à emporter sont très bien

    manque de renseignement sur la zone de l'aéroport de dublin pour les navettes, un panneau pourrait informer des horaires et les hotels sur la zone de ramassage! personne ne parlait le francais.

    "This was our second stay at the hotel, after a two weeks'trip in Ireland. We really enjoyed it, the same as the first time. The waitress at the restaurant even recognized us from our first stay!! If we come back to Dublin, my elderly mother and I, we will undoubtedly choose this hotel again." (99332118)

    We had an early flight on the next morning, and I wanted a hotel close to the airport. This one is ideally situated:it took us five minutes to get to the airport!

    La habitación muy bien, amplia.

    El kit de hacer café y té estaba muy sucio. Las vistas desde la habitación dejaban mucho que desear.
