    Complimentary broadband, good room

    The restaurant has gone badly down hill. It was quite good. My starter was served late and my Salmon main course arrived dried out having been kept heated too long

    "when booked on the interenet i listed all seven people traveling in our party using two rooms,The price quoted qas £90 per room.This is untrue as they quote prices was for only double occupancy in the room although one was a triple room and one a quadrupile room, why would i book a room for 3&4 people if i wanted a dooble occupancy room so to my delight i was charged an extra £45 for my stay" (97639640)

    "On arrival we were met by a very pleasant, and helpful, girl at reception. In our room we tried to boil the kettle but it would not work. When we informed the receptionist she arranged for tea in the lounge. I cannot recall how much we were charged !! Later, we were informed that the kettle, in the room, should not be more than half full or it would not work? The following morning we were informed that, due to some problem with the gas, we would be having a continental breakfast instead of a cooked breakfast. No part refund was offered or requested."     "The staff and the service they gave were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful in a natural way. Either the staff selection is very good or the training, but I suspect it is both. They all seemed to be happy in their work too. It made for a very pleasant stay." (97742406)

    Reasonable room price, Internet access at reasonable price per night. Good food in restaurant.

    "Well located just off the motorway and easy reach by car of Belfast International airport and Antrim. On my stay there were no functions and because of the remote location the hotel was extremely quiet and the lounge bar was closed. Price was OK and included continental breakfast which made it better value than other hotels in the area with good quick access to the airport." (99522746)

    Bedroom and lounge area all newly decorated and clean. Bedroom was a good size and shower had plenty of power.

    Hotel was very quiet, no-one in the lounge or bar and restaurant was very quiet, so much so that the bar was shut - except for the one in the restaurant.

    "The hotel was very comfortable and the food(Breakfast)being well cooked and nicely presented and inclusive in room price was a bonus. The staff were always pleasant,helpful and courteous." (3305001343)

    It was roomy and adequate for the use of three adults and a wheelchair. the bathroom was a good size and the cleanliness first class

    would have liked a mini fridge for storage of cold drinks,milk and medicines

    Lack of air conditioning, means opening window, but presence of millions of bugs means having to close the window and suffer the heat.

    "The booking was made into this hotel due to its locality to the airport and road networks. Price was considered at the booking stage. I could not fault the hotel, it appeared to accomodate business conferences and functions, holiday makers and business people. Found it to be a comfortable, clean and well run hotel - food was a big plus point." (3304756192)

    Hotel was within easy reach from the airport and local road networks. An extremely well run establishment staff very helpful and polite. Food was excellent. Nice informal surroundings.

    "I booked this Hotel because I have been in Comfort Hotels in USA. I was curious to see how good it was. I have already stated shat would have made my stay complete. When we go away with the grandchildren they like to swim and enjoy the Hotel to the full. Even though I am a Pensioner I like to swim and go to the gym 3times a week" (3304389133)

    Room very clean and comfortable and the added Tea and Coffee facilities is nice on arrival

    I enjoy a swim before Breakfast and if that had of been on offer I would have been overjoyed.
