"Comfortable chalet, plenty of space. Generally clean and tidy although furniture could do with replacing. Beds were as comfortable as could be expected. TV could be upgraded with freeview added for more channels. " (107262220)
Plenty of parking, easy access to chalet.

"Very impressed with the size of the rooms and good parking, quite close to the bus links to Great Yarmouth." (107111519)
The room we had was very large, one double room and a twin room. In the room there was also a microwave and a fridge. There was a live bad on at the pub and I thought we'd be able to hear it in the room , but I was very surprised that the room was awy from the main bar and it was very quiet.
It's quite old fashioned in the decoration.

"Suggest you only book this hotel if you are desparate. Not a good experience for us but the hotel did try to make restitution before we checked out. There are much nicer hotels in the area. Over-priced and of poor quality. The accommodation is over a bar with karaoke so if you don't want to sleep this is the place to stay!" (97829254)
The hotel had recently undergone a re-paint and the smell was attrocious. The hotel is not well-appointed and not very clean.

"Hotel probably best suited to guests having holiday break. I wanted somewhere close to Caister due to a business commitment. probably not the right choice for this purpose. Hotel had general feel of being 'out-of-season'. Staff were very helpful." (97316413)
Spacious room, recently decorated. Comfortable bed
Pervasive smell that I couldn't identify. Out of season hotels in holiday areas probably not ideal ie no breakfast although member of staff offered to 'cook me something'. Furniture fairly past its prime. No chair to sue at a worktable therefore not entirely suitable for business use.

"I felt the room was in need of an update. Although not unpleasant, it looked a little tired when compared with a lot of the newer hotels around these days. I had tea and coffee available, but no milk. The TV only managed to get one channel with any sort of clarity. There was a fridge, but it was old and rusting. Not sure why you would need a full size fridge in a hotel room anyway." (3305246157)
The family room had 2 separate rooms, which was good. The rooms were spacious.
TV

"The site of the hotel was well maintained with a play area for children. The receptionist was polite and check in was quick. The hotel does supply food (breakfast and dinners) however you order it as you would a bar meal and pay on each occasion you eat there. We did not try the meals at this hotel. Our room was ground floor and had 2 entrances one via the hotel (there was a residents only entrance) and one via the patio doors to the rear. The room was excellent and quite large. We stayed in a family room. The only bad side was that the patio doors to the rear were not lit at night so you couldnt see where you were treading and struggled to unlock the door. Other then that the room was clean and well decorated and well stocked with facilities and complementary items.I would be more than happy to stay here again." (3304865227)
The room was quite big and freshly decorated. The facilities were excellent. Within our room there was a fridge, TV, Hairdryer and complementary Soap, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Our room had an internal entrance and also patio doors to the rear so was suitable for coming in late at night without bothering other residents.
Minor repairs were required in places but nothing major at all.
